We offer a 28-day refund policy from the date of delivery. This applies exclusively to:

Manufacturing Defects: If your device has a functional electronic defect or arrives damaged, we will issue a refund or a replacement.

2. No-Return Policy

To guarantee the safety and sanitation of our community, we do not accept returns on any items that have been opened or used. Once the hygiene seal is broken, the product is no longer eligible for a refund or return.

3. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a request within your 28-day window:
